TERMS & CONDITIONES Policy

By booking with me you are agreeing to my policy. Please be mindful your payment is 100% non-refundable.

Once the date and time has been agreed upon you will have a  (1 hour grace period) to send a full-payment  for your session. Please know,  until the payment is not received you will not be guaranteed your session. Please know I do not hold session times for anyone.

If you need to reschedule a 48 hour notice is necessary.  No-Shows/No Calls/No Text will result in total loss of payment. If you are going to be late or cannot make it, please contact me immediately.  If you arrive late you will have a choice of taking remaining time or rescheduling for an additional fee of $175.

You may reschedule up to  2 times after 3rd time an additional  fee of $125 will be required or you will lose your session. 

(Gift Certificates) expire after 30 days, no refunds or credit after expiration date.  Please be sure to let recipient know my policy guidelines. 

Under my discretion if I feel I am not able to proceed with the reading for any reason or circumstance do to client, this may result on total loss of payment and remaining time of appointment. 

RECORDINGS & CELL PHONES ARE PROHIBITED IN MY OFFICE AND DURING SESSIONS!
