Terms and Conditions
All services MUST BE BOOKED and PREPAYMENT is required. A 24-hour notice must be provided regarding any cancellation for any services provided by Susana Angel of Hope. A $25 cancellation fee will be applied.
All appointments must be kept on scheduled time if for any reason client is to be late services will end at clients scheduled time, client will be responsible to pay FULL AMOUNT for lost session time. If session exceeds over time limit client will be responsible for payment. If for any reason you need to cancel and not reschedule your appointment you will receive your pre-payment back with a deduction of $25 cancellation fee.
To reserve an Event or Party you must submit a Deposit upon booking.
If you decide to Cancel you will lose your Deposit.
NO REFUNDS FOR EVENTS, PARTIES OR CLASSES!!!
